Escapes rooms have escalated as one of the
top entertainment crazes in the country. A group of your choice (family, friends, co-workers, etc,) are locked in a room for approximately one hour. The room is dressed and decorated with a specific theme, and costumed and feathered with sounds, puzzles, mysteries, and enigmas, that require strategies needed to complete the thriller. There are random clues and hints scattered throughout the room, on the walls, under furniture, inside small compartments, light fixtures, emails, text messages with series of conundrums that necessitate group resolution. The themes range from zombies to spaceship Galactica. This is not for the faint of heart and requires teamwork, creativity, and sometimes a sinister mind. Escape rooms are a new form of entertainment that can be used for a night out on the town with friends and family or a corporate structure such as a team-building exercise for a cost per group or person. Be careful though, the room is filled with menacing yet harmless surprises that are set around every corner, and without teamwork, you are unlikely to ever escape, which means your time will expire and your team loses.
